Subscriptions and purchases

Know what you are paying for

How paid subscriptions will work when Jepify introduces them. There are no generally available paid subscriptions during early access.

Effective: 11 October 2026 · Version 1.0.0 · Pre-purchase information, not an active checkout contract

Current status: Jepify has planned paid features, but early-access families are not currently billed. This page explains our intended approach, not a charge that is already in effect. Your binding purchase information will be shown in the actual purchase flow before you pay.

Free family use

The pricing page describes planned free and paid features. Its proposed prices and features are not an offer to enter a subscription before purchase functionality exists. The basic family responsibility loop is intended to remain usable on the free plan.

Who may purchase?

An adult Guardian responsible for the Family Account may purchase a subscription. A Child User is not asked to agree to adult purchase terms and should not be able to purchase on their own.

Information you will see before purchase

The actual checkout will explain, in a clear and prominent way:

  • what the plan includes, the total price, currency and applicable taxes;
  • the billing period and whether renewal is automatic;
  • when the first charge occurs, including trial conditions if any;
  • the price and frequency of subsequent renewals;
  • how to cancel, including any deadline relevant to preventing renewal;
  • material compatibility requirements and where to find help; and
  • the identity of the contracting supplier and billing/merchant provider.

The transaction-specific price and information shown and accepted at checkout govern that purchase, subject to mandatory law. The Terms of Service also apply to the family account.

Billing and store operators

We expect app-store subscriptions to be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play as applicable. Your store account, payment method, receipts and the store’s purchasing rules may apply in addition to Jepify’s terms. We do not presently claim to provide direct website checkout. If direct purchases are added, we will first identify the merchant, payment provider and the relevant online withdrawal and cancellation mechanisms.

Jepify’s family allowance or reward records are not payments processed by Jepify. The app does not hold funds, transfer allowances or pay children’s rewards.

Renewal and trial periods

If a plan renews automatically, the checkout must clearly explain the renewal frequency and total recurring price before you subscribe. We will not treat the end of an unannounced free trial as authorisation for an undisclosed payment.

A trial’s duration and whether it converts to a paid subscription will be presented before activation. If there is no trial, we will not imply one exists.

How to cancel

Cancellation stops future automatic renewal according to the channel’s rules. It does not necessarily mean an immediate refund, immediate loss of access or deletion of the Family Account.

  • Apple purchases: use the Apple subscription controls for the Apple Account used to pay.
  • Google Play purchases: use the subscriptions controls of the Google Account used to pay.
  • Future direct web purchases: a direct online cancellation and any applicable statutory withdrawal functionality must be presented clearly before that channel is enabled.

When paid plans launch, the app’s Guardian Settings should link to the appropriate management route. If you cannot locate a purchase, contact support@dynamikus.com with the transaction channel and receipt reference; do not email card details.

Withdrawal rights and refunds

EU/EEA consumers have applicable statutory rights concerning distance contracts, digital content and digital services. Their availability and any lawful exceptions depend on the specific transaction, delivery model and required customer acknowledgements. We will not rely on a generic paragraph here to obtain any checkout-specific request, consent or acknowledgement that the law requires.

For purchases made through an app store, follow that store’s refund process where applicable, but store administration does not remove statutory claims against the responsible supplier. If a digital service is defective or not supplied as agreed, legal remedies may include correction, price reduction or termination and refunds, according to the conditions of applicable consumer law.

Direct online contracts: where a statutory right to withdraw applies and the law requires an online withdrawal function, that function must be accessible throughout the withdrawal period. It is distinct from ordinary subscription cancellation.

Price changes and plan changes

Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes in accordance with applicable law and the purchase channel’s requirements. The pricing page alone will not change an existing contract silently. Before downgrading or cancelling, we will explain any consequences for access to paid features and retained family information.

Your family’s information after cancellation

A cancelled subscription does not automatically delete the family or Child Profiles. Those actions use the separate account-deletion process and Privacy notice. We will not use cancellation as a reason to discard data in a way that violates mandatory rights.
