Safety and security
A safer space for family progress
How we think about child safety, secure access and what to do if something goes wrong.
Effective: 11 October 2026 · Version 1.0.0
Jepify helps guardians and children organise everyday responsibilities. It is a family coordination app, not an emergency service, a child-location tracker, professional parenting advice, a bank or a tool to replace a guardian’s judgement.
Who controls family access?
An authorised adult Guardian creates and manages the family. A child accesses their Child Profile on a paired device. Device access can be revoked without necessarily deleting the Child Profile or past responsibility records. Some family information is guardian-visible, and optional usage analytics are not made available as a monitoring dashboard.
Do not add a child to a family unless you are entitled to act as their parent, guardian or authorised responsible adult. Review shared-device and access settings if a device changes hands.
Protecting the data
The app’s documented technical measures include separating families through server-enforced permissions, encryption in transit, minimising information in operational logs, restricting child-analytics access, and using device-integrity and authentication mechanisms. These descriptions relate to the documented architecture; implementation and provider configurations are independently maintained.
We do not claim to hold ISO 27001 certification or any other security certification for Jepify.
For detailed personal-data purposes, retention and transfers, read the Privacy notice.
What we do not do in the current app
The current app does not track a child’s physical location, display their optional usage analytics to guardians, transfer allowance money or sell family information for advertising. Adding features that change these statements requires new documentation and appropriate choices before use.
Do not use reward or responsibility features to threaten, humiliate or exploit a child. The app is designed for positive encouragement, not coercive oversight.
Reporting a vulnerability or security concern
If you suspect that another family can see your data, a device-access grant has been misused, or you found a software vulnerability, write to security@dynamikus.com.
Please include the general nature of the problem, app version, platform and safe reproduction steps. Do not send passwords, other families’ personal information, exploit code that extracts real family data, or sensitive children’s content by email. Do not access or modify another person’s account to prove a problem.
We will review the report and coordinate proportionate next steps. We cannot promise a specific response time for security incidents without an established published process.
A child needs help
A child may contact privacy@dynamikus.com about personal data or talk to a trusted adult. A concern about immediate safety should be taken to an appropriate guardian, local emergency service or other qualified support — not treated as a request Jepify can handle in real time.
